Chef-patron Enzo Carbone exclusively crafts each restaurant’s menu with a strong focus on authenticity. The core of our offering is our Neapolitan pizza, which is certified to be honest and truthful to those that you’ll find being enjoyed on the narrow streets of Napoli. To ensure consistency, all of our Pizzaioli (pizza chefs) undergo comprehensive instruction by our in-house pizza master.

The philosophy of Mammamia! is to take great care in the selection of our ingredients so they are high quality, wholesome and sustainable. Many of our key ingredients are imported exclusively for us direct from Italy. Not only does this allow us to make a superior product, it enables us to reduce our costs and keep our prices lower than most of our competitors. 

Since opening our first venue in 2010, we have fostered a culture of uniqueness and pride in what we do and respect for the people that help us achieve this.  We are constantly investing and evolving to provide the most captivating and accessible Italian dining experience in China.
